Child Safeguarding Form
Before you can start working with students we must complete any relevant background checks to ensure it is safe to put you in direct contact with minors. This requires:
-
A scan of a valid form of ID (such as a passport or identity card)
-
Details of a referee we can contact to provide a reference for you
-
A background check issued in the last six months from either a) Italy if you are resident here, or b) from your current country of residence. If a background check is not in English or Italian we require a translated copy. As a freelance employee, you are responsible for covering the cost of any background checks.
-
If you do not already have a background check ready, you can start working with students, but must complete a self-declaration that you have no legal impediments to working with minors, and that you commit to provide us with your relevant background checks within 4 weeks.

If you are already registered as self-employed in your country of residence, you can upload any evidence that proves this, eg. a past self-employment tax return, a VAT certificate, or a letter from HMRC with your UTR.
If you are not already registered as self-employed in your country of residence, you should arrange a call with us to discuss
